Steve and his entire team, especially Sandy, are incredible. They made the process of buying my first home so easy, and so enjoyable. They did a wonderful job of explaining every step of the process, especially to. first time home buyer, and communicating so quickly. Cannot say enough good things about the entire team! We worked with Paul Gill to secure a cash equity loan.  He did a great job.  He kept us informed of all the paperwork that needed to be submitted and all the documents that needed to be signed.  Mr. Gill made himself available to answer all of our questions and he kept us informed of the progress that was being made to secure our new loan.
